They truly get to know each client and work hard to find the right fit - so important when dealing with Dementia! Trying to manage mom's care from across the country has been a challenge, but Nina and Gordon have alleviated so many concerns! Since they started, I have had to increase services, and Nina responds immediately and gets the job done! She personally introduces and orients her staff to my mom, and her experience in health care is evident. Gordon has been great with working with my mom's long term care company to help us get reimbursed. I only wonder when these two sleep!
